Tracy has more than 26 years of experience in the Disability Management sector of Insurance Claims Services. Aside from medical and vocational case management, she can also handle marketing and account acquisitions. She is vision-oriented and pays close attention to detail while planning and directing rehabilitation services for numerous clients.
Over the years, Tracy became a Certified Case Manager, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Disability Management Specialist. She has worked on-site as a dedicated case manager responsible for workers' compensation claims, long-term and short-term disability, and FMLA cases. As a dedicated, hard-working case manager, she has handled several municipalities in the DFW area.
Tracy’s credentials include an MBA in Management from Amberton University, an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas, and a BS in Rehabilitation Services from the University of North Texas.
She is also a member of the International Association of Rehab Professionals in Texas, Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce, National Black MBA Associations, Junior League of Collin County, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Tammy has worked in the managed care industry since 1988. She has more than 32 years of experience handling return to work programs and case management services. When servicing clients, she focuses on the education and training of the appropriate utilization of managed care tools.
